When MN8 Energy briefed CAVE on a video series about its Employee Value Proposition, the goal was straightforward: show that working in renewable energy at MN8 was exciting, challenging, and meaningful.
The answer became The Adventure Begins, a four-part documentary series built not around executives or talking points, but around the people inside the company. A developer who spent his life savings building wind farms. Landowners whose families kept generational land through MN8's energy projects. An operations lead who built her department's systems from scratch. Each episode followed a different thread of the company's culture.
The results were concrete. MN8's communications team traced at least one hire directly to the series: a candidate weighing multiple offers who chose MN8 after watching, telling colleagues that no other company was showing its culture the same way. A member of MN8's board of directors reached out unprompted to praise the work. And after launch, a direct competitor released a series in a nearly identical format.
"Working with Cave 76 was an absolute dream. They nailed what I was after: a corporate video that didn't feel so corporate at all. The result was a beautiful story that people actually wanted to watch."
Candice Adams, VP and Head of Communications at MN8
Glen Spencer, VP and COO of MN8 Charging, pointed to the production process itself: "The Cave team created a welcoming environment for everybody in the room. You could tell each person felt and knew that this was more than just a standard 'corporate video', it was their chance to share their own story."
The full case study, including how the series took shape and what it changed inside MN8, is on the project page.
